	Massapequa Elks Lodge 2162 presented the Elks traditional Flag Day Service to the third, fourth and fifth grade classes of Birch Lane School.  The service traces the history of the American flag and the significance of the flag to our country.  Nassau County Legislator Peter J. Schmitt, a member of the Massapequa Elks, addressed the Assembly. 	On September 14, Long Island Junior Soccer League presented the first three man system which consisted of Jake Freeman and Michael Auletta, both 15 years old.  Field referee Robert Graff provided insight for the young men to view the entire playing field wherever a foul occurred.
