Massapequa Elks Lodge #2162 hosted its 17th annual youth awards dinner and presentation. At this event, special recognition is given to students of the month from Massapequa High School. Nassau County Legislator Peter J. Schmitt, himself a member of Massapequa Elks, was on hand to present special legislative certificates of recognition to each of the students.
