William Moseley, a New York State Licensed Real Estates Sales Agent with The Realty Store 2000 in Wantagh, recently completed training for the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. The course involves learning and dealing with the concerns of senior citizens and teaches a counseling rather than hard sell approach. The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation is relatively new and is recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR).
Moseley, a resident of Farmingdale and a graduate of Seaford High School serves the Kiwanis Club of Massapequa as Key Club and public relations chairman, and is also a member of the Seaford High School 9-11 Memorial Committee. As an avid photographer and public relations specialist, he brings these former career skills to the real estate field. "I look forward to serving seniors, with a caring team approach, as they make some of the most difficult decisions in their lives."
Moseley can be reached at 783-6000, extension 128; by e-mail at banohoy@msn.com and soon at www.williammoseley.com.
