Known and designated as and by Lot Numbers 15, 16 and 17 and part of Lot Number 18 in Block Number 49 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Massapequa Center State Parkway, Section Number 2, situate at Massapequa, McGoldrick Realty Co. Inc. Developers, New York City, surveyed in July 1927 by Baldwin and Cornelius Co, Ins. C.F. Freeport, N.Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Nassau County on September 12, 1927 as Map Number 638, New Number 750 more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Delaware Avenue 310.00 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly line of Delaware Avenue with the westerly side of New York Drive. Being a plot 100 feet by 70 feet. Said premises known as 202 N. DELAWARE AVENUE, MASSAPEQUA, NY. Approximate amount of lien $277,787.16 plus interest & costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed judgment and terms of sale. Index Number 18434/03.
