Fairfield elementary wins third place in nationwide "Red Ribbons to Washington" campaign
     The Bureau for At-Risk Youth recently announced the results of their 2004 Red Ribbons to Washington campaign. Traditionally, Red Ribbon Week is celebrated in schools throughout the country, however this unique campaign challenges students to expand the event beyond school walls.
