Three Massapequa HS seniors sign letters of intent

In early November, three Massapequa senior athletes signed N.C.A.A. (National Collegiate Athletic Association) letters of intent and were awarded athletic scholarships.

Kevin Vosilla, will accept a scholarship to play basketball and attend Rider University. The 6 foot seven inch forward averaged 18.8 points and 14 rebounds per game last year leading the Chiefs to an 18-1 record.

Brittney Messina will attend Seton Hall University and also play basketball. Last year Brittney averaged 23.2 points and seven rebounds a game and reached the coveted 1,000 point career scoring mark.

Lauren LaBella will play lacrosse at Drexel University. Last year Lauren attained all-county status and started in goal for the Long Island Empire State team.
