American Sign Language in college

On November 23, students of ASL (American Sign Language) at Massapequa High School were visited by three Massapequa High School graduates. These alumnae are currently majoring in interpreting for the deaf, and offered an interesting perspective on ASL and college life. The former students are Jessica Maddock from Bloomsburg University, Lisette Silver from RIT and Maryann DiLugio from Northeastern. The high school students, all of whom are seniors, benefited from the knowledge and insight that the alumnae shared with them.
