Jewish current events classes Monday evenings
A class on Jewish current events, conducted by David Dicker is held every Monday evening 8:30 to 10 p.m. in the Farmingdale Jewish Center (FJC), 425 Fulton St., (Route 109). All adults are welcome to attend.
The Farmingdale Jewish Center holds daily services, Monday through Thursday, 8 p.m.; Friday evening services at 8 p.m. are followed by an Oneg Shabbat; Saturday morning services are at 10 a.m. and Sunday morning services are at 9 a.m. Services are led by Rabbi David Harary.
The FJC has an active Men's Club, Sisterhood, Yiddish Club and Book Club. The Hebrew School features small classes. Adult education classes in
Hebrew are conducted every Wednesday evening after services and Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. by Rabbi Harary.
FJC has a website, www.TempleFJC.org which contains up-to-date information about meetings, activities and community concerns. Charles Paress is the FJC Webmaster.
