The Massapequa High School Varsity Baseball Team won the Long Island Championship this weekend, defeating East Islip, 6-5 with a game-winning walk-off homer by Dan Nagorski.

Other game highlights include a 3run homer by Matt Prokopowicz, and a 2-run homer by Jason Buono. The Chiefs had an undefeated 27-0 season and are now headed to Binghamton, New York on Friday to play for the state championship. The team includes Mike
