Jean M. DeMers, Massapequa School nurse supervisor

Jean M. DeMers, of Amityville and formerly of Massapequa, died May 30, 2006.

Mrs. DeMers was the supervisor of nurses at the Massapequa Schools.

Survivors include her husband Edward; her children William and Linda Hummel and her grandchildren Craig, David, Kathryn, Rachel and Bryan. Her son Robert predeceased her.

Mrs. DeMers reposed at the Massapequa Funeral Home, South Chapel, 4980 Merrick Rd., Massapequa Park.
