A bus trip to Gurney's Inn and historic Montauk will be held Tuesday, August 22, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The fee is $61 per person. You will have lunch at Gurney's Inn and then take in the sights of historic Montauk, Gosman's dock with its shops and the Duck Walk Winery for a tour and tasting. Registration is underway.

For the month of July works by the residents of PLUS Group Home will be on display in the Gallery.

The Library will host the music of the Paul Gatto Jazz Band, Thursday, July 27, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the lower level. Songs of yesterday and today will be played live. All are welcome.

On Thursday, July 27, 7 p.m. Paul Bivona will discuss how various herbs can be used to treat common ailments. Registration is required.

Fish and Chips Family Night will be held Tuesday, August 1, 7 p.m. for all ages. The program will include fish stories, fishy songs and chips for dessert. Registration is required.

On Thursday, July 27, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Eco-Photo Explorers will offer a program on Antarctica, Voyage to a Frozen Continent. In addition to exploring the continent, there will be a discussion of the history of exploration in Antarctica, expedition logistics, scuba diving equipment, wildlife, the Southern Ocean and geology.
