On February 14, author Allan Kronzek came to the Farmingdale School District's Albany Avenue Elementary School. Kronzek is the New York Times best-selling author of The Sorcerer's Companion - A Guide to the Magical World of Harry Potter. Fourth and fifth graders were entertained with magic tricks and discussions of the roots of Harry Potter's magical world. The children walked away with a deeper understanding of the ancient origins of magic and some amazing new tricks.
