Students celebrate birthday of National Anthem

On September 14, the birthday of the National A n t h e m , fourth, fifth and sixth graders from RJ Lockhart Elementary School in Massapequa joined the rest of the country in singing The Star Spangled Banner. Music Director Angela

Stefanini taught students the words to the song which was written by attorney, Francis Scott Key who penned it while on a ship during the War of 1812.
