Sanitation collections modified for holiday

Oyster Bay Town Councilman Angelo A. Delligatti reminds residents that Town sanitation and S.O.R.T. recycling collection schedules will be modified for the Thursday, November 23, Thanksgiving Day holiday.

On Thanksgiving, there will be no sanitation or S.O.R.T. collection. Residents who normally receive sanitation collection on Thursday will receive

pickup on Friday, November 24, and Friday customers will receive collection on Saturday, November 25. Residents who normally have a Thursday S.O.R.T. collection will receive a special pickup on Saturday, November 25.

All Town offices will be closed on Thanksgiving, but all park facilities will be open.
