Outreach program offers free physicals Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center's Community Outreach Program will be offering free physical examinations and medical screening at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, 1000 Montauk Hwy., West Islip. The examination will include, history and physical, chest x-ray, breast exam, EKG, blood and urine tests and Pap smear. To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older without funds or medical insurance and those who have Medicaid only and are not regularly seen by a physician/clinic. This is a non-denominational clinic open to all.
