Meeting set for December 20th on police communications site for MPK water tower
The Nassau County Police Department will be hosting a public meeting to discuss the Police Department’s continued use of the Massapequa Water District water tank, at May Place, Massapequa Park, as a radio site for the Police Department’s New Public Safety Radio System. the meeting will be held Wednesday, December 20, 7 p.m. at Massapequa Park Village Hall, 151 Front St., Massapequa Park, NY 1762.
This will be be an informational meeting to include discussions on proposed equipment at the site and area radio coverage, as well as any perceived environmental concerns that could be raised by area residents.
