YES community Counseling Center has received a $2,500 grant through the Nassau County Bar Association Fund's WE CARE Program. The grant will be used to provide comprehensive services for community members who have been physically, sexually and/or emotionally abused. Jamie Bogenshutz, YES executive director, upon receiving the donation from the Bar Association said, "This is a very unique opportunity for our agency. We are hopeful that through this partnership with the Bar Association YES will be able to impact our community in a very positive way. Our children can only benefit from this very important initiative."
