Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center, West Islip, has announced the appointment of Mark Wedell, as the new director of rehabilitation services.

Prior to his employment at Our Lady of Consolation, Wedell worked for 10 years as the supervisor of occupational therapy at Parker Jewish Institute in New Hyde Park. Wedell is also an occupational therapist registered and licensed to practice in New York.

Wedell resides in North Massapequa with his wife Maria and their four children.
