South Nassau Hospital blood drive Jan.18 South Nassau Communities Hospital will hold its first blood drive of 2007 on Thursday, January 18, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Albert Conference Room of the hospital which is located at 2445 Oceanside Rd., Oceanside. Donors must be at least 16 (with parental permission), weigh a mini- mum of 110 pounds and be in good health. They must not have donated blood within the last 56 days. People over the age of 75 can donate blood if they meet the criteria and present a physician's letter.
