      A story that appears in this week's paper, and another that appeared last week, outlines the Town of Oyster Bay's efforts to crack down on unscrupulous, defiant and neglectful landlords. The administration of Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto is to be commended for the actions it has taken.
