Massapequa Elks hold annual Cerebral Palsy Christmas Party

The Massapequa Elks #2162 had its Annual Cerebral Palsy Christmas Party on December 9. This yearly event serves many local community organizations such as Carmen's Road BOCES of Massapequa Park, Hagedorn Little Village School of Seaford, AHRC of Brookville, as well as family members and community members who are parents of the children.

Hot dogs, chicken nuggets, soda, candy, ice cream, games and lots of fun were followed by a visit from Santa Claus. All the children received gifts from Santa.

The affair is run yearly by State Trustee Arthur Bayen with his staff, Past Exalted Ruler Frank Fortuna and Past Exalted Ruler Frank DeLany. Many other Elk volunteers helped to make it memorable for the over 100 attendees.
