Kiwanis Club presents books to schools
As part of Kiwanis International's Read to Children Program, The Wantagh Kiwanis Club received the books from the former First Lady and has been presenting them to local schools for teachers to read to preschoolers and kindergarten children. Libby Pataki served as First Lady of New York State from January 1, 1995 to January 1, 2007. During her tenure, Pataki has also co-authored two cultural tourism books for children: Artfully Taught and N.Y.C. ABC. Pataki is the mother of four children: Emily, Teddy, Allison and Owen.
