Universal Pre-Kindergarten announcement... The Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program in the Farmingdale School District has been a huge success this year, thanks to the students, parents, staff, administration and colleagues at Dowling College. With this success, the school will reapply for a UPK grant for the 2007-08 school year. If the grant is given to the school, the parents of the students who are registered in the district census will be notified. Students can be registered at the Howitt Middle School Census and Enrollment Office between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on school days. Parents must present an original birth certificate and a utility bill.
