Massapequa Gladiators place in tournament

The Massapequa Gladiators boys undereight soccer team, led by coach Christopher Schmidt, took second place in the East Meadow indoor soccer tournament, which took place on February 23.

Shown in the photo, left to right, front row left to right, front row are Gabriel Campos, Holden Valentine, Allesandro Sambone, Brendan Nichtern and Gregg Wright and in the back row are Matthew Pinto and Coach Christopher Schmidt. Team- mate Kyle Howard is missing from the photo.

In addition, Holden Valentine earned the recognition for most valuable defense.
