Boy Scouts clean up United Methodist Church
      The Community United Methodist Church at 100 Park Blvd., Massapequa got a spring spruce up, compliments of the scouts fromDen 6, Pack 96 of Wantagh. The scouts cleaned up the church property as a good deed, helping them earn badges. Scout leaders are Cheryl Clifford and Sue Giuliano.

Fundraiser in memory of April Arcuri to be held April 5
      A fund raiser in the name of April Arcuri, a Baldwin woman who died in a tragic car accident in 2006 at the age of 21, will be held Thursday, April 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Westbury Manor. Money raised at the event will be used to provide a scholarship in the young woman's name.
