Churches partner to hold blood drives

Presbyterian Community Church hosted two blood drives in partnership with the Massapequa Reformed Church. The first held at the Reformed Church on January 21 resulted in 31 pints being donated and the second at Presbyterian Community on January 23 collected 22 pints of blood. All collections benefited the Long Island Blood Service (L.I.B.S.). The next blood drive is scheduled for May at the Massapequa Reformed Church.
