+The Harbor Lane Library offers programs on an ongoing basis including aerobics and toning classes, Mondays, 7:30 p.m.; Tournament Scrabble, Mondays, 11 a.m..; Let's Talk, a discussion group for seniors, Friday, 1 p.m.; strength training classes for seniors, Monday mornings, 10:30 a.m. and Thursdays, 10:30 a.m; Mah Jongg, Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m.; line dancing, Fridays, 10:30 a.m. and Let's Talk, a discussion group for seniors, Friday, 1 p.m. Contact the library for details.

+The work of local artist Armando M. Pisano will be on display for the month of April in the Downstairs Gallery of the Harbor Lane library.

+On Wednesday, April 18, 7 p.m. local author Salvatore LaGumina will discuss his book The Humble and the Heroic: Italian Americans in World War II at the Harbor Lane Library.

+Dr. Robert Crimi will present a health and wellness seminar, Living a Wellness Lifestyle, Saturday, April 21, 2 p.m. at the Harbor Lane Library.

+On Wednesday, April 25, 7 p.m. Constance Hallinan Lagan will present Poetry: The Path to Within at the Harbor Lane Library.

+On Monday, May 21, the library has organized a bus trip to Lancaster, Pennsylvania for an Amish in home dinner and dairy tour. The cost is $77 per person. Registration is underway.

+The volunteers are in the library Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to noon from Senior Connections. Help is available to find out what you can to to avoid a lot of health problems of the older generation.

+On Thursday, April 19, 7 p.m. Fred Chernow will discuss how to write your own memoir. Registration is underway.

+Registration is underway for a painting family craft, Saturday, April 21, 10:30 a.m. This program is for all ages with a parent. Registration is underway.

+The Township Theatre Group will perform Seeing Ourselves, Sunday, April 22, 2 p.m. This is a collection of short plays that reflect events common to many of us.

+Digital Doctor Stu Gershon will discuss how to buy a digital camera, Monday, April 23, 7 p.m. Registration is underway.

+On Tuesday, April 24, 7 p.m. Cornell cooperative Extension will hold a program on talking with children about puberty. Registration is underway.

+On Monday, April 23, 7 to 8:15 p.m. Sue Bazzicalupo will demonstrate Southern cooking including bourbon chicken, potato salad and banana pudding. Recipes will be provided. There is an ingredients fee of $6. Registration is underway.

+Howard Goldberg will present a program on how to enjoy New York City inexpensively and imaginatively, Tuesday, April 24, 7 to 8:15 p.m. Handouts will be provided. Free tickets are available.
