High Honors for Musician

Michael McCoy was selected for one of the highest achievements in the country for a high school musician. McCoy, a high school senior, was selected to participate in the MENC (Music Educators National Conference) All Eastern Honors Band. On March 8 through 11, McCoy played with the Band at the All Eastern conference in Hartford. The Farmingdale High School student plays the flute in the wind ensemble and is the drum major of the high school marching band.
