Long Island Dahlia Society exhibition to be held May 17

The Long Island Dahlia Society will hold a sale of exhibition grade dahlia tubers on Thursday, May 17, 8 p.m. in the Massapequa HG Community Center, Ritter Avenue, Massapequa, behind the Pathmark Shopping Center on Carmans Road. At 7 p.m. there will be a Dahlia Basics class. Free information on how to grow dahlias to perfection will also be available. All are welcome and the admission is free.
