Comedy Fundraiser to support ToBay Arts Council May 19 Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto announced that the Town of Oyster Bay Arts Council and the Nassau BOCES Cultural Arts Center have partnered with the producers of the Long Island Comedy Festival to present a special one night only performance in support of the Arts Council's scholarship program. This special performance will be a "pre-festival" show featuring comedians from this summer's second annual Comedy Festival. "This special one night only performance has been scheduled for Saturday, May 19, beginning at p.m.," Supervisor Venditto stated. "It will be held at the Nassau BOCES Cultural Arts Center, 239 Cold Spring Rd., Syosset." The Supervisor indicated that advanced reservations for tickets are recommended. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Residents can make checks payable and mail to: Town of Oyster Bay Arts Council, 977 Hicksville Rd., Massapequa NY 11758.
