ToBay board commends Intel Science Talents Search winners

The Oyster Bay Town Board recently commended winners of the 66th annual Intel Science Talent Search. This talent search, often considered the "Junior Nobel Prize," recognizes America's brightest students and their schools for excellence in science and math.
