Hagedorn Little Village School holds successful fundraiser show

The Hagedorn Little Village School for special children held its twelfth annual fashion show and Chinese auction at the Sand Castle in Franklin Square on April 26.

The event attracted a crowd of friends and parents who enjoyed watching the Little Villagers and their teachers model Disney fashions. The fundraising show also included a Chinese auction where more than 100 donated auction baskets were displayed to choose from. The evening also included a sitdown dinner, hors d'ouevres and a cash bar.

The Hagedorn Little Village School is, located at 750 Hicksville Rd., Seaford on the site of the former Massapequa Hospital. The completely remodeled/rebuilt building serves nearly 300 infants and young children with developmental disabilities who come daily.

Members of the Hagedorn Little Village fashion show committee are Caroline Duggan, Tara Feldman, Pia Lipovec, Tracey Tlockowski, Marie Timinelli, Patty Wetzel, Janine Caputo, Laurie McEntee, Elena O'Donnell, Veronica Korologos, Dalia Djavahers, Maria Castaldo, Tracey Dones, Dawn Keily, Trish Kilduff, Bari Schaffer and Jerelyn Zontini and in the back row are Traci Flaherty, Elisa Berman, Nicole Johnston, Cathy Morse and Missy Miller.
