Fairfield students raise pennies for patients

Massapequa's Fairfield Elementary School students raised $823 for Pennies for Patients. Facilitated by the Fairfield Student Council, under the direction of John Musmacher, this fundraiser is a school service project promoted by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. All funds raised will be donated to the society to help those afflicted with blood cancers.
