NY Mets sign for their fans in MPK

Following their 7-1 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks before 45,219 Shea Stadium screaming Mets fans last Saturday, catchers Paul La Duca, Ramon Castro and pitchers Joe Smith and Pedro Feliciano were limoed to the Last Licks ice cream store, known for athlete appearances in the Southgate Shopping Center. They were greeted by more than a 1,000 of their fans seeking autographs.

Shown in the photo, New York Mets fans lined up around the shopping center waiting for their turn to meet the players and a chance to talk to them and have their picture signed last Saturday at Last Licks.
