Mejias joins Police Appreciation 5K run
Nassau County Legislator Dave Mejias (D-North Massapequa) recently joined dozens of current and retired law enforcement officers in the Police Appreciation 5K Run held at Eisenhower Park. The event, hosted by the Nassau Police Running Club, offered participants a chance to acknowledge the hard work that the Police Department does for Nassau County every day.
