Editorial
This September 11th, terror victims are still in our hearts.

Next Tuesday marks six years since the hijackings of three planes and the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, as well as the downing of the airliner in Pennsylvania. For the first time since these events, we are not running a list of the names and photographs of the victims. It is time to hold them in our hearts, in our minds and in our history, and to give their families the space to move forward, despite a pain and loss that we know will never go away.

This September 11th, we will pray for those Americans and others who lost their lives or were seriously injured. We will pray for their families and we will continue to remember what was done and why they did it. We must remember, for to forget is to lessen the loss and once again become vulnerable to those who have no compunction about doing the unthinkable. As President George Bush said following the attacks America cannot falter nor fail in fighting what has become the ultimate battle for civilization in this century.
