Oyster Bay Immunization program Oyster Bay Town in conjunction with the Nassau County Departments of Senior Citizen Affairs and Health and the Nassau University Medical Center, has extended its deadline to November 1. immunizations are being offered with no out-of-pocket expense to Town senior citizens 60 years of age and older. The immunization program will be held locally on the following dates: •Wednesday, November 14 - 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Marjorie R. Post Park Community Center, Unqua and Merrick Roads, Massapequa •Friday, November 16 - 1 to 4 p.m. - Ellsworth W. Allen Town Park, 45 Motor Ave., Farmingdale •Thursday, November 29 - 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. North Albany Avenue Community Center, 214 North Albany Avenue, North Massapequa In order to take advantage of this important program, seniors must register in advance. Registration forms are available at all Town of Oyster Bay Senior Centers and in local libraries. If you would like one mailed to you, contact the Department of Community and Youth Services, Senior Citizen Services Division, at 797-7900. A copy can also be obtained from the Town's website, www.oysterbaytown.com. They must be returned to the Department of Community and Youth Services by Thursday, November 1.
