Evelyn Mulloy, Massapequa Village resident

Massapequa Park resident Evelyn H. Mulloy, a homemaker and mother, died October 2, 2007 at the age of 94. She lived in Floral Park for more than 50 years before moving to the area to live with her son James and his family several years ago.

Born in Brooklyn, she worked for an adoption agency before staying home to care for her own family and home.

Mrs. Mulloy leaves behind her son, James J. and his wife Maryann of Massapequa Park; her granddaughters: Kimberly and Mary; and her brother: Walter Hoffman. She was predeceased by her husband, James W.

She reposed at the Massapequa Funeral Home, North Chapel inMassapequa Park on October 4, 2007. A Funeral Mass was held October 5, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church in Massapequa Park. Interment followed at the National Cemetery at Pinelawn.
