Jessica Mueller wins state writing contest

Senator Kemp Hannon (R-6th S.D.) recently congratulated Jessica Mueller as the winner from Plainedge's John H. West Elementary School of Senator Hannon's 2007 There Ought To Be A Law contest. Mueller's winning entry proposed: Once the price of gas reaches $2.50 per gallon, the tax on each gallon sold should not further increase. Mueller asked, some other states already have this in place; why not New York?
