Sleepy Hollow Run draws many supporters

The Farmingdale-based Carman Foundation, sponsored the Sleepy Hollow 5k charity run/walk held Oct. 28 through the Massapequa Preserve. This annual event is for the benefit of the Hagedorn Little Village School for children with special needs, located in Seaford. More than 400 supporters entered the event. The overall female winner with a time of 17.23 minutes was Janelle Kraus from Port Jefferson. The Hagedorn Little Village School is a member agency for the United Way.
