     Massapequa Park Brownie Troop 2528 enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon at White Post Farms on October 16. The girls were treated to a hay ride, pumpkin picking, and got to feed the animals.

Friendswalk for breast cancer
      Alison W. of Massapequa Park and Meredith P. of Seaford, participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Manhattan, the weekend of October 6. The girls have been friends since attending Holy Trinity High School. Together, they raised approximately $4,600.

Molloy College inducts local resident into the Hall of Fame
      On October 12, Molloy College inducted the Class of 2007 Hall of Fame inductees. The Hall of Fame recognizes the outstanding contributions that student-athletes have made to Molloy College. This year's five inductees included local resident Edward Modica, first athletic trainer.
