Grace Day School to hold concert Dec. 19

Grace Day School Students in grades three to eight will be presenting their Christmas Concert Wednesday Dec.19, 7:30 p.m. The concert will take place in Grace Episcopal Church, 23 Cedar Shore Dr., Massapequa. The students in grades three to eight in the band, chorus, string ensemble and select choir will perform. There is no charge for this program and the public is welcome.

The students are under the leadership of both Teresa DeCou-Greenberg and Viktoriya Khokhlova. Greenberg attended both The Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford and Emporia State University in Kansas and holds a master of music degree. She has studied the French horn and music education. Kholhlova holds an M.M., B.M., and is an accomplished operatic and concert soprano. She sang with Kharkov State Philharmonic and State Opera Theatre of Denetsk.
