New York State PTA holds annual convention
On hand to address the delegates was National PTA President Jan Harp Domene, Richard P. Mills, Commissioner of the NY Education Department, as well as Stuart Levine, motivational speaker, leadership consultant and best-selling author.
Delegates and officers representing our district's elementary and secondary schools, as well as SEPTA, attended workshops on many topics related to education, parent involvement and health and safety and voted on resolutions that will affect our children's futures.
