Said application is described as follows: THOMAS J. EYRING, for a permit to erect, maintain, alter or improve a dock, pier, bulkhead, float or other mooring. Specification: Replace approximately eighty-six feet (86') of bulkhead, in place, with a six inch (6") increase in elevation. Construct one (1) ten foot (10') return at either end of the new bulkhead. Install two ((2) six foot (g') by twenty foot (20') floats, one (1) two and one half foot (2.5') by fourteen foot (14') ramp, and one (1) four foot (4') by six foot (6') platform. Install one (1) elevator lift on a piling to the north of, and three (3) mooring piles seaward of the floats. Replace the existing four foot (4) by eighty-five foot (85') boardwalk.
