State Sen. Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate Dis­trict) recently presented the New York State Medal for Merit to Richard Bula, an Air force veteran from Massapequa Park. "During the Vietnam War, Mr. Bula served in the Air Force to defend our country overseas.
