Birch Lane students participate in "Hop for Health"

Massapequa's Birch Lane elementa­ry school students recently participat­ed in Hop for Health, an event which raised funds for Autism Research. Each student participated by raising money in advance and then joining teams in costume to hop and skip rope to music. The highlight of the event was the appearance of The Met's mas­cott,
