Massapequa Park Mayor honored by Nassau County Village Officials The Honorable James Altadonna, mayor of the Village of Massapequa Park and immediate past president of the Nassau County Village Officials Association (NCVOA), was honored at the 83rd NCVOA Annual Dinner Gala and Testimonial. The NCVOA represents 64 incorporated villages with more than 430,000 residents. More than 300 elected officials and their guests attended the May 8 event, held at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. Mayor Altadonna was recognized for his leadership and dedication as NCVOA President for 2007-2008. John Venditto, supervisor of the Town of Oyster Bay, addressed the gathering calling Mayor Altadonna a "forthright and dedicated public official."
