PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Code of the Town of Oyster Bay, Chapter 241, "Waterways", Section 241-33, that the Town Board is in receipt of an application to permit the reconstruction of a bulkhead in the waterways within the jurisdiction of the Town. Said request is described as follows: FRANCIS & GAIL ANTETOMASO, for a permit to erect, maintain, alter or improve a dock, pier, bulkhead, float or other mooring. Specification: Reconstruct one hundred forty feet (140') of bulkhead within fifteen inches (15") of existing bulkhead and twelve inches (12") higher in elevation. Remove and replace existing batter piles. Reconstruct ten feet and four tenths inches (10.4') of bulkhead, in place, and raise same eighteen inches (18") higher in elevation. Reconstruct four and one half feet (4.5') of bulkhead within fifteen inches (15") of existing concrete seawall, and twelve inches (12") higher in elevation. Construct 35 feet and four tenths inches (35.4') of bulkhead within fifteen inches (15") of existing concrete seawall, and twelve inches (12") higher in elevation. Place sixty-five cubic yards (65 c.y.) of fill landward of the bulkhead, as back fill. Remove and replace one (1) five foot (5') wide boardwalk. Remove and replace existing set of four foot by twelve foot (4' x 12') timber steps. Install a new set of timber steps. Install one (1) new davit on bulkhead.
