Is anyone as annoyed as we are by the increase in volume for commercials on television? This has always been an issue, but it just seems that it has gotten worse. Just when you get the volume the way you want it, a commercial comes on and blasts a message so loud is makes you jump out of your seat. Exactly who is responsible for this and why can't it be stopped? We'd like to know.
