At the second Plainedge School District Board of Education meeting in October, members of the administration, staff, and community applauded the seven-member Board for their dedication and commitment to the students and Plainedge community. During this special presentation, which was celebrated in honor of Board Appreciation Week, Superintendent of Schools Christine P'Simer commended the Board for the work they do to ensure that the district continues to succeed, and presented them with a few small tokens of her appreciation, including Plainedge Pride hats and certificates.

"You all dedicated hours upon hours to our schools and community," stated Superintendent P'Simer. "Our Board of Education members serve this community extremely well and always make decisions with the children of Plainedge in their hearts."

During a Plainedge School District Board of Education meeting and in honor of Board Appreciation Week, Superintendent of Schools Christine P'Simer presented each of the Board members with commemorative gifts in honor of all of their hard work and dedication. The Board is shown here displaying the commemorative certificates they received.
